Residents of Daura,katsina state witnessed a heavy rainstorm,which killed one and damaged over 100 houses.this incident was reported to have happened on Monday evening.
According,to Daily reports,the director of the local education and social services,Mr Abubakar Mashi,who contacted officals of the state emergency management agency(SEMA)around the affected areas yesterday,confirmed that the incident was indeed a great disaster.
Abubakar,briefly said that some local officals have been mobilized to assertain the level of damages,so as to deliver a comprehensive report to the state government.
The vicitims were therefore urged to be strong,and see the incident as one of the ordeals of life.
